Stephen Bowman, raised in Brookline, discovered his passion for hospitality at a young age. After a brief stint studying philosophy, he pursued a career in service and wine, working as a wine buyer and later joining top restaurants like Russell House Tavern and Menton. He earned certifications as a sommelier and wine specialist, eventually opening and operating Fairsted Kitchen and Grassona’s Italian in Brookline. In 2023, Stephen joined Lehrhaus, excited to apply his extensive experience to this new and meaningful hospitality venture.
