Full Moon in the Orchard: A Tu B'Shevat Seder

  • Lehrhaus 425 Washington Street Somerville, MA 02143 USA (map)

You are invited to a full moon seder in the center of the orchard, the Pardes. The Pardes is the place of love and wholeness; the place where we feel connected to our truest nature and to all of creation, including the more-than-human world. The trees have much to teach us about rooting in and rising up, about the quiet stillness of winter and the gestation to bear fruit in the spring.

We will gather together for an hour and a half to journey through the Kabbalistic four worlds, from Asiyah, the world of body and doing, all the way up to Atzilut, the world of emanation & intuition. These worlds exist within us and all around us. Utilizing teachings from the Jewish Mystical tradition, the practice of chant to enter b'shalom, and engaging all the senses as we taste (literally) the fruit of Divine delight.

We will begin promptly at 5pm. Fruit and grape juice are included in your ticket price.
