Come explore some ways Jewish traditions has embraced the Binding of Isaac as a way to deal with personal and national trauma. We will look at texts from the Talmud, the Zohar, and more.

Geo Poor is a doctoral student at the Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership, where he is focusing on Kabbalah. He is the Director of Operations and Finance at the Vilna Shul in Boston. In his spare time, he creates daily memes about Talmud and Kabbalah (IG: jewishyomemes), plays music, and hangs out with his pet bunnies, Tazy and Drogy.
