Alexandra Artinian is one of the two chefs leading the Lehrhaus kitchen. She got her degree in Baking and Pastry Arts at the Culinary Institute of America and she has since been working in bakeries and restaurants for the past 7 years while living in Cambridge, MA. She got her start at Oleana, a renowned Middle eastern restaurant in Cambridge. This cuisine was very important to her, as she is half Armenian and very proud of it! After working at Oleana, she moved to their sister bakery, Sofra as the Pastry Chef de cuisine. She has worked at a lot of locations in the city, Asta, Alcove, Tiger Mama to name a few. Once she found Lehrhaus she connected very deeply with the cuisine and the culture and was able to take her perspective on cooking and create some really speical dishes. She is a fellow lover of all things chocolate and is looking forward to geeking out on chocolate and making some truffles!
