Jewish Creative Studio: Exploring the Four Elements through Art Making

  • Lehrhaus 425 Washington Street Somerville, MA 02143 USA (map)

When the world was created, G-d used four basic building blocks: Fire, air, water and earth. In this creative studio session we will explore and connect with these four elements through tools of the Jewish Studio Process, including text-based discussion and art making. Text will be drawn from traditional and contemporary Jewish sources, and studio time will include experimenting with creative materials -- NO art experience required! All materials will be provided.
