Tzvi Stitcher is the Head Mashgiach and AM Sous Chef at Lehrhaus. After a several year detour into the social sciences as a student in University of Maryland, and then a researcher at Brandeis, he returns to his family roots by working in the kosher food industry - although in a different capacity than previous generations.
