Fostering Connection: Torah's Insights for Flourishing Relationships

Positive and loving relationships can be the greatest source of happiness, but developing them takes work. In this class, we will explore Torah texts that speak to the skills involved in maintaining healthy relationships. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of Torah texts and practical tips to bring to their relationships. All sources will be provided in both Hebrew and English.

Sarah Cheses serves as a Yoetzet Halacha for the greater New England region through the New England Yoetzet Halacha Initiative, in which she advises women on topics related to Taharat HaMishpacha (Jewish family life) and women’s health. She enjoys teaching Torah to people of all ages, and serves as a Dean of Students at Maimonides School in Brookline, MA. She is a graduate of Nishmat's Yoetzet Halacha Program, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia University. She lives with her family in Sharon, MA.
