Lehrhaus is honored to host of the first local in-person Ruach Jews of Color (JOC) Torah Learning Cohort from Ammud! This application based cohort through the JOC Torah Academy is an 8 week, in-person intentional Torah learning community with other Jews of Color. Taught by JOC rabbis, dive deep into Jewish text study and create more Jewish wisdom, while building JOC community. Please note, this is not an intro to Judaism class.
Our classes are designed for a variety of Jewish learning backgrounds/experiences in a pluralistic environment. Build local community and find friends for life!
For this cohort experience to be successful, participants are asked to commit to coming to every session. Program dates: 3:00-5:30 PM on Sunday March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, April 6th, 27th, and May 4th.
More information about the program can be found on their website here.
