Lehrhaus Matchmaker in Residence

  • Lehrhaus 425 Washington Street Somerville, MA 02143 USA (map)

Schedule a mini matchmaking intake with Ali Rice from With You Matchmaking at Lehrhaus! Jewish matchmaking is a time-honored tradition, rooted in the values of community and connection. Matchmakers, or shadchanim, help individuals find meaningful relationships by considering not only personality and interests but also shared values, traditions, and lifestyles. While Ali is Jewish and a matchmaker, she is not a “Jewish matchmaker,” meaning she helps people of all backgrounds, faiths, and identities find matches.

Sign up below and complete the intake form, which is required prior to the intake session. During the 15-minute mini intake, Ali will ask a tailored set of questions to get a sense of who you are beyond what’s on the paper. Afterward, you’ll be added to Ali’s matchmaking list. If she finds potential matches, you’ll receive match suggestions via email.

About Ali and With You Matchmaking

My name is Ali Rice and I am the matchmaker behind With You Matchmaking. My dream for this project is to provide affordable community-supported matchmaking, to be With You in your process of dating, through providing potential match ideas. I am a low-touch community matchmaker. My list is mostly based in the Boston area, with the majority of people being in their 20s and 30s, and only a few people above that age range (though I am excited about the 40+ age range expanding.) My list is currently multi-racial and multi-ethnic with a large percentage of people being Jewish. Many people on my list are queer. In my experience, many people on the list share progressive values. I am optimistic about love and remain immensely hopeful on behalf of everyone I work with. Please look around my website for more information on my process, becoming a community, and my matchmaking community guidelines: www.WithYouMatchmaking.com
