Dive into questions of Jewish identity and Holocaust memory through a historical text study on Edith Stein (1891-1942), the German-Jewish philosopher turned Catholic nun who was killed in Auschwitz.

Francesca Rubinson is a third-year Master of Divinity student at Harvard Divinity School. In her academic work, she studies Jewish texts and history with a focus on gender and sexuality. Francesca is passionate about building creative and justice-oriented Jewish communities. She has worked as a university chaplain, hospital chaplain, and legal assistant at a nonprofit serving recent immigrants. Francesca is a day-one patron of Lehrhaus and a big fan of any menu arranged like a page of Talmud.
